¿Habla-Espanol? For this friendly organisation, located near the train station, we are looking for a backoffice employee.

Organisatie

A small, friendly company that is part of a multinational wordwide. With 10 colleagues, you create a solid team where you can be yourself. It is hectic sometimes, but always personal.

Functie

What are you going to do? To much to tell, not a single day is the same in this organisation. An overview of the activities:

Have a large number of contacts that diver from contacts with customers, but also with co-workers abroad
Put sales orders in the system, credit checks, stock control, all in SAP
Send documents to port operators
Check and send documents (like certifications) to customers
Create reports, from SAP to Exel

Functie-eisen

You:

Are a teamplayer, you enjoy working with co-workers and customers throughout the world
Speak fluently English and Spanish (preferably some Dutch too)
Have a HBO education
Have a high level in the MS office programs, SAP and CRM
Work pro-active and accurate

Aanbod

An interesting job in a small office, but within a large multinational wordlwide. You live nearby and you are 32-40 hours available.
